I'm impressed and surprised at the tricky and fun ways others have found to invite feedback.
Instead of working on my blog, I find myself reading through many others. That's one reason that this is taking me longer than I expected. I'm already planning to watch Pushing Daisies tomorrow evening. (See Pinky's blog) So, I won't have time to get to this week's assignment and will still be running behind.
I have to allow more time to play in order to make this really useful for me. I'm beginning to see things that I want to keep and others that I need to get drop. Whatever made me think that CNN was a good idea for a feed. Do some of you delete most of the items that are coming through or just do a rapid scan of titles?

Hi Carol,
I've been enjoying Pushing Daisies, too and recommend it! It's what I'll be watching tonight. That's one of the fun things about blogs - all the different things you find out about.
About RSS readers - I do a rapid scan of titles and read those that sound interesting. If I find myself skipping a feed regularly, then I unsubscribe from it - no guilt involved!
Keep on Playing!
Jean
With some of my larger feeds, if I don't have the time, I'll click on the button "mark all as read" for Google Reader. If I'm in Bloglines, I just click on a different feed and it will assume I've read all the posts in the feed I just left.
I think that makes sense.
I'm just now going back to finish assignment from week 4 so cheer up! Someone is slower than you are. I'll have to get to another week's assignment to find out what pushing daisies is.
